Return Period:

You may return your purchase within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be in new condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
• Returns must include all accessories and parts that were included in the original packaging.
• We do not charge any restocking fees.

Initiating a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@bagspack.shop. to initiate a return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the exact timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time your order is placed. During this period, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund hassle-free. After the 24-hour mark, our standard return and refund policy apply.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
